Can't rate my experience enough with Logan. Great guy who knows his craft, and instantly understood the sentimental... value behind the piece I wanted framed. He was very transparent and gave me multiple options to choose from reflecting different price options. Only offered me options that really would suit the piece as well and ultimately we worked out something that I was extremely happy with. I would refer Amazing Frames to anyone, because they are simply amazing!!read more

Fantastic frame to have on the wall, absolutely love it and print was in very safe hands for reassurance. Amazing... Frames is easy to get to near the Ellerslie motorway exit and there are frame options galore with specialist advice, I learnt frames actually set pictures off as well as it's possible trim around larger photos for better effect. High quality and highly recommendable, great guidance.read more

My partner and I purchased our first piece of art as a house warming gift to ourselves. We went to a few framing shops... to get quotes, but none really filled us with confidence. That all changed when we met Logan at Amazing Frames! From the moment we chatted to Logan we were put at ease. He is very knowledgable about frames available on the market, has good advice on what to look for in a frame and what type of frames work best with certain pieces. If there were more stars, I'd highlight them all! Logan and Amazing Frames totally live up to their name! I went to see... Logan with a strange framing request, intended as a significant birthday present for my husband. He didn't bat an eyelid, was beyond enthusiastic and positive, had loads of great suggestions and the final product is incredible. He's totally up front on costings and what can be achieved at various financial levels. I have never felt so listened to and respected and confident in a craftsman. My only regret is not finding Logan and Amazing Frames years ago. I find myself looking around my walls wondering what magic he could work on what I got done a long time ago by people with less skill and creativity than him. Logan and his team did a really great job with quite a tricky cross stitch piece I wanted framed - despite really tiny... borders to work with they managed to perfectly frame the piece. Super stoked with the result! The turn around took a couple of weeks but worth the wait. Would recommend!read more

Such an amazing experience getting my poster framed here ! My late father who bought this in the 90s gave me this... poster a few years ago and with all the tears and rips in it I decided to get it framed. I am so so happy with the outcome, Logan is incredibly passionate about his work and it shows with mine because of how much care and effort has gone into this whole process...This poster is so huge already, the frame makes it a million times better- I love it !! I have a priceless piece of art to carry with me forever. I know my dad would love it just as much as I do. Thank you so much ! I will be back for more framing in the future :)read more

Fantastic service! I had the pleasure of dealing with Logan and the team at Fantastic Frames recently. Their service... was quiet possibly the best I’ve received in a long time. They took time to clearly understand what I was trying to achieve when surprising my wife and the went above and beyond my expectations to turn the framing of a special picture around in half the time expected. We went to heaps of different framing shops before finding Amazing Frames. Had our print rolled up for 5 years and just... never felt confident enough with other stores. These guys are truely amazing. I started off with a very tight budget and very little time. I had all but given up on... the idea of getting the frames done as a Christmas gift but then bumped into Amazing Frames. They met my budget then offered to get them done within 2 weeks just in time for Xmas. It’s christmas come early for me, not only they charged at half the cost of other quotes but got them made in 3 days. Quality and service is 10/10. Don’t Take my word for it , give them a go. I’ve had a large piece of my own art that I’ve been wanting to get framed for 19 years. It’s highly sentimental and I... didn’t think it could be framed. After a good friend got a couple of pieces framed by Logan and the team at Amazing Frames and raved about their passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service I decided to pop in. I was feeling a pretty nervous but was immediately put at ease by Logan’s friendly service. We chatted about the piece, where it might go, what I liked and didn’t and shared ideas. Logan came up with a frame idea that I never would have thought of or picked from their amazingly huge selection. Being a first time framer I didn’t know how much it would cost or if it would be doable. In a world of cheap and nice enough looking frames from Kmart (which I have plenty of) I was feeling a bit nervous, but feeling the fear and doing it anyway I said yes. Boy am I glad I did - one of my best decision of the year. Logan communicated each step of the way with me. My art looks amazing and the extra effort Logan went to to make it a special experience is something I’ll remember forever. If you are looking for a framer I can’t recommend Amazing Frames enough. Not only are they amazing framers who are friendly, know their stuff, have a huge range of options, are reasonably priced but they also have plenty of off-street parking (always a bonus in Auckland). People who work there are real professionals and know what they do. Quality/Customer service/Communication 10 out of... 10.I am happy that I found this place. I have ordered 2 pictures to be stretched over a wooden frame in 10 days time. After about a week I have recieved an email that there were some difficulties with my order: canvas with acrilyc paint on it was very hardened, and it was cracking badly when they tried to stretch it.And immideately they suggested a solution - to mount and frame these in a different style with an actual frame around the outside. And they did this with no extra charge!I love how cool my pictures look like. Thank you Logan!On the attached photos you can see one of the framed pictures and just a canvas for a refference.Tottaly recommend this place if you want some stylish and quality framed pictures.read more
