Frequently asked questions

We work hard to keep our lead-times as short as possible, usually around a week to ten days. Really complex or large jobs can take a bit longer. If you have a definite date requirement (e.g. a gift date, or ceremony/presentation date), let us know right at the beginning, so we can do our best to work that into our schedule and make it work for you.
